The holiday season and busy shipping time of year is here! While we will do our best to deliver your items as quickly as possible, timelines are difficult to predict due to ongoing shipping delays. If you have any questions about shipping timelines, send us an email at shipping@restsimple.ca.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and public, Canadian holidays are processed on the next business day.

Missing packages marked as delivered are not eligible for our replacement program. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and reliable when placing your order. 

Any orders that are returned to us as non-deliverable due to incorrect address or incorrect name, at no fault of Rest Simple, will be assessed for new shipping costs. No refunds will be given on these orders and new postage must be purchased. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and it is a Canada Post (or applicable postal service) deliverable address.
