We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after the purchase date to request a replacement if the item(s) you purchase arrives damaged upon delivery.
Due to ongoing public health restrictions, plus the nature of our handcrafted and limited quantities of product materials, Rest Simple cannot accept returns nor can we issue refunds.
Replacements will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase.
In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please email email@example.com to start the replacement process. You will be asked to return the entire package in order to receive a replacement product.
NOTE: If damage occurs during delivery, we will be happy to recreate the original piece. However, many of our pieces are limited edition and recreating may not always be possible. We will communicate with you about the best resolution possible, if recreating a piece is not an option.
